- Course fees are non-refundable once classes have started.
- No refund will be provided for non-attendance, discontinuation, or course cancellation by the student.
3. Special Cases
- Refund requests due to medical or personal reasons will not be entertained.
- Fees cannot be adjusted or transferred to another student or course.
4. Institute-Initiated Cancellation
- If a course is canceled by AVTAR COMPUTER ACADEMY due to unavoidable reasons, a refund may be provided at the institute’s discretion.
- In such cases, the refund amount and process will be decided by the management.
5. Processing of Refund
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable time.
- Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment, wherever possible.
6. Final Decision
- The management of AVTAR COMPUTER ACADEMY holds the final authority in all refund-related matters.
- The decision taken by the institute will be final and binding.

By enrolling in our computer coaching courses, students agree to this Refund Policy without any exceptions..
